By accessing or registering on z10.world (hereinafter referred to as "z10" or the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. z10 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated specifically to serve Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to all services offered by z10 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, and any promotional activities. By using the z10 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are joining of your own free will and with full awareness.

To open an account with z10, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (Mobile Banking); ৳500 (Bank Transfer).

• The account used for withdrawals must match the account used for deposits — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

When placing bets on z10, the following rules must be followed:

• Bets placed before a sports event begins are called "pre-match bets," while bets placed during the event are called "live bets."
• If abnormal or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, z10 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Where there is suspicion of match fixing or score manipulation, z10 reserves the right to suspend settlement of the relevant bet pending investigation.
• Maximum Bet limits in betting markets are set individually for each event — you can see them directly on the bet slip.

In an accumulator or serial bet, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If one event is voided, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections continue as normal.

Z10's casino games are sourced from internationally recognized game providers and independently audited. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is publicly disclosed.

• The RNG (Random Number Generator) used across all slots and table games is certified by an independent third party.
• If a technical issue occurs with the dealer or studio during a Live Casino game, the session will be voided and all wagers refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on the server and will be available once you reconnect.

If a breach of these terms is detected, z10 may suspend the account and withhold any funds without prior notice. Where necessary, information will be passed on to the relevant legal authorities.

Z10 makes every effort to ensure the reliability and security of the platform. However, there are certain matters beyond z10's control:

• Z10 is not responsible for any interruptions to betting or gameplay caused by internet or network issues.
• Z10 is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party payment systems (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.), but will assist in resolving them as quickly as possible.
• Z10 is not liable for any service disruption caused by natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
